The Stain Soundfont

This is a soundfont made out of random samples on my computer (some were made specifically for this soundfont).
It was meant to be played with MIDIs, but you can use it in your music if you really want to

Extracted samples from Nintendo 64 games/roms of all types, compatible with General MIDI files.
Inspired by Tristan Yiya/Roxie's Nintendo 64 soundfont
Version 1.0: General MIDI support (128 instruments - 1 drum set)
Version 1.5: GS drum set support (128 instruments - 9 drum sets)
Version 1.6: All instruments have the same volume

The instruments comes from several modules, synthezisers and CDs samples from the 90s era, with inferior quality/sampling.

Ripped Midis from Ace Attorney Second Trilogy DS (Apollo Justice, Miles Edgeworth Investigations and Miles Edgeworth Investigations 2 [Gyakuten Kenji 2]).
PD: Now has PSG samples provided by vgmtrans and I fixed bad pitch of some samples
PD2: Some midis were fixed as they had two channels in one.
PD3: Added a list with the names of the songs
Bonus: Now you have the midis of the demo version of Apollo Justice Ace Attorney.

The Ultimate STAIN+stin SoundFont

I'm stgiga, and this SoundFont is my build of The Stain SoundFont, which includes patches even back to V1.0 that were left unused, or in some cases sample-only. It also includes replaced and added patches. I left all names unaltered for preservation. I also integrated the stin bank into the MSB127 MT32 compatibility slot. Don't take this SF2 as a representation of the stuff I do.
Also, the site is slow so tagging is a huge pain compared to usual. I'm likely not going to b...

Complete GM/GS soundfont with the latest samples and sound effects in entertainment since 2023, redefining each preset and it's subvariations with the latest recordings and techniques we could find in our encompassing video game library in an original curated soundfont. Have fun!
