[MIDI] Super Mario 64 OST Game Rip (READ DESCRIPTION)

I DIDN'T MAKE THESE MIDIS!! UPLOADED FOR ARCHIVAL PURPOSES!! This is also my first upload on here :)

So... this is apparently, from my understanding, an actual rip of Super Mario 64's original music files that was converted into MIDI files. Yes, this is not a bunch of fan-made SM64 MIDIs, these are the legit sequenced music files ripped from the files of SM64 and converted into MIDI.

I got these from this (I guess) random website on the internet while searching randomly one day and I have no idea if somebody else already put these MIDI files up on Musical Artifacts before I did.

I hope someone did, because there's just one problem with these MIDI files:

THE MIDI CHANNELS ARE NOT GM (General Midi) MATCHED.

Just playing them as is might make them sound like gibberish. HOWEVER, this can be fixed simply with an online midi editor.

You can try using https://signal.vercel.app/edit to change and fix the MIDI channels to your liking.

Around one or two (or more) extra channels on each of all of the MIDI files are for the main drum channel. They may show up as "Vibraphone" or "Music Box" channels, for example. I believe you are supposed to copy the sequences/patterns of these extra channels and paste them onto the real drum channel with a midi editor to fix this issue.

Another issue is that some of the channels on the files, such as the channel for the bass in the slider theme, need to be pitched up or down an octave or two. That's all I know.

I've uploaded all of the original ripped MIDI files as a .7z file along the original links from where I got the ripped files.
