I also sampled this before from Pianoteq 7 (and just a few samples), which is the previous version of Pianoteq, back in 20th November, 2022. But now since this is Pianoteq 8 which revoiced the instruments and they made many improvements and now this sounds better. Samples are still recorded and exported using LMMS. According to Modartt, this was supposed to be based on a well-known Japanese modern grand piano, I don't know which one, cuz he didn't mention it. Maybe it's Yamaha C5, but I don't know.
