I'm stgiga, and here is my Otamatone GM bank, utilizing percussion from Marcel J. Therrien's Gamer's Orchestra bank, and Bann's Otamatone bank, with a bank structure of single-sample GM whose invention rights were gifted to me by parties who wish not to be named. Also, sleaf's Charm
's Noise Peaker was used for SFX like Applause.
Since the site is slow, tagging is a problem. I will probably come back later and re-tag it.
Oh, by the way:
IF you're looking for the Musical Calculators SoundFont, just use 001:080 in the JummBox SoundFont, and if you want an Otamatone sound, JBSF also has patches in the higher banks that sound like one, like "Solo Bass". AND you can find drums akin to both there. I'm OK with the quality of the Otamatone bank, but the square in the calculator has noise that I dislike, but somehow people like it. Just use JBSF instead. Oh and for my upcoming Floppotron bank, Buzz Saw or Atari Bass in JBSF, as well as Chip Noise (2) will ALSO work. JBSF can emulate all of these meme instrument SF2s (and not to mention you get quite a lot of other stuff).
Also, the Famicom Multichip bank isn't dead. That said, I consider the JummBox SoundFont to do better than it at its goal of being a sweeter/less-boring chiptune instrument. Plus, it CAN be made into OpenMPT modules, AND Silicon SoundFonts, allowing it to actually be usable on 8-bit machines if one is determined enough. AND it has FAR better drums. Not to mention that it's MUCH cleaner and MUCH lighter on polyphony (one stereo voice per melody patch, and the drums are also single-layer). AND, it's stereo.
Barebones tags added because it's Thanksgiving and I'm drained.
