Compact Steinway B

Decent Sampler "dslibrary" file. Steinway B piano originally sampled from Pianoteq on all 88 notes, at 5 velocity levels, with and without sustain pedal. Made more compact by decimating into just minor 3rd intervals and using just the sustain pedal samples. Slight touch of reverb by default. Chorus and Reverb level controls on UI.
