this was Originally uploaded on Polyphone site and it wasn't accessible for some reason and because of that I've decided to bring it here although I've edited that on the original to have a bit of a decent arrangement of the instruments on polyphone and not to mention it has the 127 instruments for midis that are from vgmtrans
